Position Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven B2B Paid Ads Specialist to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of B2B brands. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, creative, and comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple audiences and products.
You will work closely with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and creative teams to drive measurable business growth through Google Ads and related paid media channels. This role requires someone who can balance strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across multiple B2B verticals with distinct audiences, messaging, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and monthly budget pacing.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, lead quality, and conversion efficiency.
- Partner with designers and copywriters to develop, test, and iterate ad creative and landing page experiences.
- Coordinate landing page strategy, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives with UX/UI and product teams.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and related analytics platforms.
- Deliver weekly performance updates and strategic reporting to leadership teams.
- Coordinate compliance and legal review processes for ad copy, creative, and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and compliance stakeholders to support campaign execution and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
- At least 2 years managing $1M+ in annual ad spend.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Strong expertise with Google Ads platforms including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated success improving ROAS and campaign performance over time.
- Experience managing monthly paid media budgets of $30,000+.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution modeling.
- Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with designers and copywriters.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and business lines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
