Weekly Hours: 20-30 hours

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to help support our Customer Service team. This position is fully remote (Texas applicants preferred), part-time, and offers a great amount of flexibility. Our ideal CSR enjoys helping people, problem solving, and providing speedy resolutions. Additionally, as a CSR, you are responsible for upselling our products and promoting customer retention. 

Job Duties:

  • Handle and respond to constant inbound phone calls.
  • Document all customer interactions using our internal CRM (Hubspot).
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Ensure company assigned KPI’s are maintained in good standing.
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within the client systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.   
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center, retail, fast-food).
  • Ability to provide over-the-phone customer support.
  • Familiar with basic troubleshooting functions (resetting passwords, account maintenance, updating profiles, etc.).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Call Center experience is a PLUS!
  • Excellent ability to communicate over the phone, via email, and over video calls.
