Position: Partner Support Specialist
***This is a bilingual Role. Being fluent in both English and Spanish is a requirement.***
***This role is full-time on-site from our corporate office in Irvine, CA.***

Position Overview:
As the Partner Support Specialist, you are the driver in setting up new partner accounts. Post-sale, you will build out our partner weblinks, conduct virtual trainings, and respond to any inquiries that funnel through our phones/emails. Your ultimate goal is to ensure our Partners receive the utmost customer service and that their needs are met to successfully achieve their business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Coordinate Partner on-boarding processes.
- Creating unique weblinks for each new partner onboard.
- Schedule initial virtual training call and prepare all materials for training sessions.
- Provide tech 1 support for all existing partners over the phone or virtually.
- Cultivate Partner relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
- Generate and send reports as requested by partners.
- Maintain constant communication with Partners through various channels such as telephone, email, and social media.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Tech savvy – able to give over the phone tech support (Level 1).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or account management.
- Able to problem solve with little to no direction using critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Flexible to jump from project to project, keeping tabs of most duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
