Position Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new leads and attracting clients by arranging meetings with prospects, conducting research and analyzing business opportunities. You will lead the sales efforts for our organization through impactful campaigns via email, LinkedIn, zoom, and Seamless AI along with cold calling/emailing. This position requires you to work outside of the box with creative sales pitches and marketing campaigns to drive new leads.
Job duties:
- Generate new leads and identify prospects via cold calling/emailing, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking events, & tradeshows (as time/budget allows).
- Engage with leads virtually or in-person to understand their needs and demonstrate our products and services.
- Conduct product and services demonstrations as needed by creating elaborate presentations/sales pitches.
- Focus on outbound sales to fill the sales pipeline with new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- The BDR will nurture the relationship for the first 12-24 months, and then depending on performance, the account will be assigned to either an AM or PSR.
- Manage final contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are executed and compliant, and oversee the client journey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Admin or any related field
- 3+ Years of inside or outside sales experience
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
- Able to network and build valuable long-standing relationships.
- MUST have a proven track record of successful sales and client management
