Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Partner Relations & Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in HubSpot, a strong background in technology companies, and a working knowledge of the credit or financial services industry. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented—comfortable creating marketing plans, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, events, and content marketing.
  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM and Partner Hub, including workflows, automation, reporting, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate within and across teams to develop high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences tailored to various audience segments.
  • Oversee event marketing initiatives such as webinars, conferences, and industry sponsorships.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and report insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations, particularly those relevant to the credit industry.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices—bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles within technology or SaaS companies.
  • Proven HubSpot expertise, including automation, lead scoring, analytics, and database management.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the credit industry or financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for compelling storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and KPIs.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful with a passion for learning and growth.
