Account Manager - Strategic Accounts

Position Overview:
The Account Manager – Strategic Accounts is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with SmartCredit’s top strategic business partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This position emphasizes exceptional account management through proactive engagement and a deep understanding of each partner’s goals, business processes, and performance. By identifying value-driven opportunities for relevant products, services, and marketing initiatives that align with partner needs, the Account Manager supports long-term partner success while prioritizing retention, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate closely with Strategic management team to develop and implement short-term, near-term and long-term partner goals and ensure alignment in partner strategy and execution, providing support and assistance as needed
- Coordinate regular meetings and check-ins with partners and internal stakeholders to review progress reports, identify performance deficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Work jointly with partners in creating strategies and formulating solutions that promote adoption and utilization of our product
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring timely resolution of issues or inquiries
- Assist in the development of partner resources, including training, documentation, and best practices to support partner enablement and engagement
- Provide strategic partners with all relevant data in relation to new SmartCredit features and releases.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management (required)
- Possess strong analytical skills to scrutinize performance data and communicate details to help partners understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement and areas of excellence
- Must possess strong communication skills and professionalism focused on building long-standing relationships.
- Strong knowledge of SmartCredit’s sales processes.
- Able to work independently and results driven.
