Position Overview:

The Partner Support Specialist is the primary owner of the Partner relationship. You will work with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure our Partners are set up and that their needs are met to successfully achieve their business goals. Typical responsibilities of this role include, setting up Partner accounts, addressing inquiries (customer support), and conducting virtual onboardings.

Position Overview:

  • Coordinate Partner on-boarding processes
  • Creating unique weblinks for each new partner onboarded
  • Schedule initial onboarding call and preparing all materials for training sessions
  • Provide tech support 1 for all existing partners over the phone and through Teams Meet
  • Cultivate Partner relationships by providing outstanding customer service
  • Generate and send reports as requested by partners
  • Maintain constant communication with Partners through various channels such as telephone, email, and social media

Qualifications:

  • Tech savvy – able to give over the phone tech support (Level 1)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or account management
  • Able to problem solve with little to no direction using critical thinking skills
  • Proficient management of the internal CRM
  • Fluent using Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Slack and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Flexible to jump from project to project, keeping tabs of most duties
  • Business travel as needed, potentially 1-2 times per year
